Currency of payment

4. Documentation and specific requirements

To travel abroad, it is necessary to respect the legislation in force in each case. The documentation and visas are of a strictly personal nature, which gives exclusive responsibility for the passage of two documents and visas in perfect condition and in force, once you have been previously informed in a reliable manner about the requirements of the immigration, customs and health authorities of the destinations included in the trip. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences suffered by passengers who do not have adequate documentation. If you are unable to travel for these reasons, you will lose the entire amount for services contracted without a claim. Passengers are responsible for fulfilling two vaccination requirements in the countries that require them.

5. Limitations of residence rights

Meridion Travel Company SAS reserves the right to force any passenger to abandon the excursion at any time, whose conduct, behavior, state of health or other serious reasons, in the opinion of the company, cause danger or discomfort to other travelers or may compromise the success of the excursion or the normal unrolling of the same. In this case, the passenger will have the right to reimbursement for two days not used in the trip, without any type of compensation and at your own expense as well as cancellation charges incurred.

6. Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation within a limit of 7 days before service, Meridion Travel Company SAS will refund 100% of the payment value in Argentine pesos to the client.

Any user who intends to contract our services must clarify this fact:

If you cancel between 3 and 6 days before the date of the first contracted service, you will receive a refund of 50% of the value paid in Argentine pesos. The cancellation tax is 50% of the total reservation amount.

If the cancellation is made within 2 calendar days before the date of the first contracted service, there will be no refund: in this case, the cancellation tax is 100% of the amount paid in Argentine pesos.

As exceptions to this policy, there are only cancellations or remarks of your two flights to Ushuaia, which prevent you from using the contracted services. In this case, you must inform us of the PNR or LOC code of your flight reservation so that we can verify the history of the flight reservation. After verifying your cancellation or rescheduling, you will receive a refund from 100%.

Please note that the transaction currency is Argentine pesos and that its value may be subject to taxes, direitos, foreign transactions, exchange taxes or other taxes. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment for our local currency and collect taxes, or it may create differences between the amount indicated in the collection that we will charge to your credit card and the final amount that your credit card will charge. 7. Climacteric conditions and excursions

Once the weather here changes or the time varies greatly from one moment to another, we do not cancel our excursions due to rain or any thing that the passage may consider as "mean time."

The excursions that involve caiaque or sailing in the Beagle Channel are passes that depend very much on the wind conditions. 9. Restrições de idade

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Regular excursions allow children under 5 years of age. In case of any offered on company excursions, or trekking of any type of difficulty, these activities are not permitted to children under 5 years of age. We offer private services (tailored) for families with small children.

10. Gerais Requirements

To travel to any foreign country as a tourist, it is necessary to have a return ticket to Argentina and a maximum stay at the destination cannot exceed 90 days (with exceptions, consult the corresponding Consulate). Other non-formal requirements may also be required (for example, sufficient funds to support your stay, accommodation arrangements, etc.), which must be consulted with the competent Consulate.

11. Arbitration clause

Any question relating to the celebration, execution, breach, extension or termination of this contract may be submitted by both parties to the Arbitration Tribunal of the Argentine Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies and/or to the Arbitration Tribunals that function in their Regional Tribunals. In case of submission to such jurisdiction, the contracting parties agree to be bound and agree to all the conditions established in the Regulation of the Arbitration Tribunal.

12. Regras de aplicação

This contract is for the eventual provision of services governed exclusively by the present conditions, under Law No. 18,829 and the respective regulation and regulation of the Brussels Convention approved under Law No. 19,918. This provision does not prejudice the provisions relating to liability for transport accidents. These conditions, together with the remaining documentation provided to the passengers, constitute the Travel Contract established by the above-mentioned Convention.

13. Jurisdiction and competition

Any question relating to the celebration, execution, breach, extension or termination of this contract will be submitted by both parties to the ordinary courts of the Commercial Court of the Federal Capital.
