A unique and authentic way to visit the planet's most impressive glaciers. Treat yourself to a day on board comfortable boats, where you'll explore the glaciers with first-class cuisine and personalized service like never before.
We begin an exciting day full of surprises and adventure, arriving at Lago Argentino heading northwest, Punta Avellaneda, and Boca del Diablo (the narrowest pass on the lake, approximately 800 meters wide). We will visit the Spegazzini Glacier and disembark at Puesto de Las Vacas (Spegazzini Channel Bay). We will hike coordinated by our team of guides, with a view of the old settler post. We will explore the flora and fauna. We will visit the Upsala Channel, sailing to the Herminita Peninsula (limit permitted by National Parks), with a panoramic view of the glacier. We will have lunch during the cruise.
In the afternoon, we'll sail toward the Iceberg Channel, visiting the Perito Moreno Glacier. Optional: end of the voyage in Puerto Moreno. No additional cost.
Return: Arrival at La Soledad Private Port. The route is subject to change at the captain's discretion.
As for the cruise ship, it is a novel catamaran built from naval aluminum. It measures 37.50 m in length, 9.60 m in beam, and 3.10 m in depth. It is powered by two 1,000 HP Caterpillar engines, giving it a cruising speed of 20 knots. It has a capacity for 200 passengers, distributed across two lounges, one located on the main deck and the other on the first deck. The kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and the bar are located on the main deck, as are the restrooms, including one for disabled guests. It features tables and spacious leather-upholstered armchairs.
It also has a VIP lounge with capacity for 20 passengers, equipped with its own kitchen, toilet, and private sun deck. The third deck houses the cockpit and the larger outdoor sun deck with benches.
Its great virtue is the four exterior sun decks that allow you to comfortably contemplate the majesty of the landscapes.
The interior design is a reference to Los Glaciares National Park, with images and technical information. The children's recreation area will also be decorated with drawings of the park's typical fauna.
