End of the World Train
Itinerary details
This tour is recommended for the whole family. Children will enjoy the train whistles, the shunting yard, and its smoking locomotives, while parents can sip tea, take photos, or simply relax.
The first stage borders the Pipo River, where herds of wild horses can be seen.
At the first stop, called Cascada de la Macarena station, there is a reconstruction of the huts made by the Yámana Indians of the area. Another trail leads to the small waterfall; the stop lasts 15 minutes.
The journey continues through Tierra del Fuego National Park, allowing travelers to enjoy rivers, waterfalls, mountains, and lenga and coihué forests.
