10:35am - Start of the journey along RC H

Along the way, we'll be able to observe centuries-old estancias, as well as guanacos and the "ecotone" landscape typical of the transition zone between forest and steppe.

12:00pm - Ruca Trail and Breakfast

The Ruta Trail, immersed in the Corazón de la Isla Provincial Reserve, offers a glimpse into a forest of lenga trees that are hundreds of years old. At the end of the trail, you can admire the surroundings and visit one of the typical Selk'nam dwellings, "La Ruca."

1:30 p.m. - Upon arriving at Lake Yehuin (Selk'nam area of the region known as "Shamans" or healers), we will take the opportunity to walk and enjoy the surroundings.

2:00 PM - Arrival at Estancia los Cerros

From Lago Yehuín, we'll head approximately 4 kilometers further toward Estancia Los Cerros. We'll be welcomed for a tour of the farmhouse, the shearing shed, short hikes to panoramic points like Lago Yehuín and the entire Heart of the Island, as well as a hike to an active beaver dam, which we'll reach via a 4x4 vehicle.

3:00 PM - At the end, a delicious 3-step lunch awaits us with a lamb stew recipe, authentic and made with local ingredients!
